Dr. Rajesh Sanghi: Managing Director
Dr. Rajesh Sanghi has over 35 years of experience in the IT & Telecommunication sector. He has worked in several segments such as defence, ISV’s, MNC’s, systems integrators and telecom solutions provider industry. After dedicating 20 years in service to the country as part of the Indian Air Force, Dr. Sanghi worked with some of the leading telecom and IT companies including the likes of IBM, Usha Com in a variety of leadership roles. He was the Chief Architect and Lead for IBM in Airtel’s transformation of major IT systems.
Dr. Sanghi was the first IBM India employee to win IBM's Gerstner Award & Corporate award in the 100 year of history of the company. It is the highest team award of IBM worldwide. Since leaving IBM, Dr. Sanghi has invested in and is a mentor to a number of start-ups. He has received his Ph.D. and M.Tech from IIT, Madras. He is also credited for building the first private STPI in Noida, Logix Park.

Shailendra Gupta is an accomplished senior executive management professional. He has more than 15 years’ experience in developing telecommunication and offering recommendations for strategic business development in India. He is an expert in managing setting up commercial operations, and strategically allocating budgets for successful mobilisation of various units.
Shailendra has entrepreneurial experience in system, network administration and data operations. He is motivational leader showcasing strong interpersonal skills. Having set up business units from the ground up, he provides valuable inputs across business segments.
